Convective clouds along coast line

This is a report from the MPR site.

At 1310 LT on 18 Dec 2011, convective clouds along coast line over
Sumatera Island (20-30 km inland, around Kinali/Bawan) were found.
At around 1340 LT, it started to rain at Muara Putus.
At 1450 LT, the clouds were migrating toward the sea.
At around 1730 LT, the rain stopped at Muara Putus.
At 2030 LT, the clouds along coast line over the sea (50 km from coast
line) were developing (see PPI at 2.4 deg attached).

At 1650 LT, the wired LAN connection between the radar and the room for
monitoring was recovered successfully. Since then the connection has
been stable.
At 1711 LT, PLN power failure.
At 1811 LT, GDRX-SP errors of "Measured PRF" and "Received IQ Data
Rate". At 1820 LT, the errors were automatically recovered.
At 2140 LT, the radar is working well.
